Chongqing CAS Supercap Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 by Liu Shuangyi, who was both a US-trained scholar and a researcher of the 100-member program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, together with his team ,with Chongqing Institute of Green and
